HASAACAS LADIES PAYS A VISIT TO EKMA
The Management and the playing body of Hasaacas Ladies Football Club on Tuesday,31st August, visited and presented the Club’s trophies to Hon. Kojo Acquah, the Municipal Chief Executive of Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly.
The Hasaacas Ladies won the just ended WAFU Zone B tournament recently held in Abidjan, Cote’ D’Ivoire. The captain of the team, Janet Adjei, thanked the Assembly for coming to its aid financially when they were preparing ahead of the tournament.
The MCE of Effia-Kwesimintsim, Hon. Kojo Acquah received them and took turns to welcome and congratulate them for their enviable achievement. He further urged them to go and fulfill their dream in Egypt at the upcoming maiden CAF Women’s Champions League tournament in November.
Former CEO of Sekondi Hasaacas, Ofori Acquah, after receiving a cash reward from the MCE, shared his excitement and urged the ladies to go and make Effia-Kwesimintsim and the entire nation proud.
