On the 16th February, 2023, Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipal Assembly held a Passing Out ceremony for ten (10) security guards at Myohaung Barracks, Apremdo. The Municipal Chief Executive Hon. Kojo Acquah expressed his deepest gratitude to the Commanding Officer and Regimental Sergeant Major of the Second Battalion Infantry (2BN) Apremdo for availing their Military Barracks, Security Officials and Resource to train the guards into the Security Unit of Great EKMA. He also congratulated the newly trained security guards’ officials for successfully completing the rigorous training to become Municipal Guards of the Assembly. He admonished the guards to remain professional, disciplined, motivated and vigilant and to stand firm stance against corruption and unethical.
