TRAINING ON SOAP MAKING FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY(PWD) ON THE FIRST OF NOVEMBER
The Department of Social Welfare and Community Development has invited forty (40) female PWD from various associations to participate in the soap-making training which took place from the 1st of November to the 4th of November,2022. The objectives of the program were to enable participants to acquire various skills and techniques in the making of Bar soap, Liquid soap, After Wash, and Para zone. Specifically, the training was to offer participants the opportunity to; · Differentiate types of bar soaps, liquid soaps, After Wash, and Para zone · Identify the specific uses of the various products and their source in Ghana · Know the basic raw materials in making various products and their source in Ghana · Learn various techniques in soap making and other products
