Rt. Hon. John Davis was born on 13^th October, 1973 in Takoradi and hails from Sofokrom a suburb of Sekondi in the Western Region.  He is a Christian and a staunch member of the Anglican church, an Accountant by profession with the Ghana Health Service. He is married and blessed with two Children.  He is the elected assembly member for Anaji West Electoral Area in the Kwesimintsim Urban Council and the Dean of Rt. Hon. Presiding Members of Western Region.  

He is the National Treasurer of the Anglican Men’s Fellowship-Ghana and the Western Regional President of Health Accounting Staff Association of Ghana and a Product of the University of Cape-Coast.  He is a very hardworking man and collaborates with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that vision of EKMA to become a vibrant local democracy, that promotes effective transparent and proactive delivery of services as well as spatial infrastructure development is achieved.
