COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT WITH RESIDENTS OF SOUTH ANAJI The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Kojo Acquah together with the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Innocent Haligah on Sunday, 18TH September 2022 met the South Anaji Residents Association (SARA) at the Morning Glory School. This is part of the Community Engagements being earmarked by the Assembly to interact with various communities within the municipality to identify some of their major problems.In attendance were the Presiding Member for EKMA and Hon. Anastasia Gilbert, the Assembly member for the South Anaji area. Some of the concerns raised were Roads, Drainage, Flooding, Street lights, Refuse collection and Digital Address Systems.In a related development, the Municipal Finance officer, Mr. Kwamina Essilfie informed the Residents of their obligation to pay their property rates and other fees for the Assembly to provide better social services as the Assembly will soon embark on a revenue retrieval drive to collect debts.
